Basic Biscuit Recipe

Substitute nuts, chocolate and fruit with options of your choice
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 25 people

Ingredients
- 150 g butter, softened
- 3/4 C caster sugar
- 60 g sour cream
- 1/2 C macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 C (or more) white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 C freeze dried berries, chopped
- 1 1/2 C self raising flour
Directions

Cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.

Beat in sour cream, mixing well.

Fold in remaining ingredients, mixing gently.

Place even sized balls on paper-lined trays, allowing room for spreading.

Bake 12-15 minutes at 180oC until lightly golden.
