Basic Biscuit Recipe

Substitute nuts, chocolate and fruit with options of your choice

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 25 people

Ingredients

  • 150 g butter, softened
  • 3/4 C caster sugar
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 1/2 C macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 C (or more) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 C freeze dried berries, chopped
  • 1 1/2 C self raising flour

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.

  2. Beat in sour cream, mixing well.

  3. Fold in remaining ingredients, mixing gently.

  4. Place even sized balls on paper-lined trays, allowing room for spreading.

  5. Bake 12-15 minutes at 180oC until lightly golden.
