Healthy Crab Cakes

Haven’t tried.
Ok…this was in a grocery store sales flyer. The amounts were not included…I went to the “Chef’s” website, pulled up the same recipe…still no amounts. I guess I will just have to do a guesstament!

Ingredients
- Crab meat
- Red bell pepper
- Red onion
- Cilantro
- Light sour cream (I always have regular and will use that.)
- Light mayonnaise (Again, I always have regular and will use that.)
- Eggs
- Barbecue sauce
- Bread crumbs
Directions

Shape the crab cakes into burger sized patties. Heat about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan.

Add the crab cakes and cook over moderately high heat until deeply golden and heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Transfer the crab cakes to plates and serve with lemon wedges and remoulade sauce or tarter sauce
