Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli, chopped into florets
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/6 cup Parmesan
Directions

eheat the oven to 425.

Place broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Toss the garlic on the broccoli and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast 20-25 minutes until crisp-tender and some florets are browned.

Remove from oven and immediately toss with olive oil, lemon and Parmesan.
