Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme (dried)
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Ken's Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. NOTE: Family doesn’t care for thyme…will substitute either basil, marjoram, oregano or savory.

  2. Combine all ingredients and place into a bag. Marinate for 6 hours or overnight.

  3. Remove pork and reserve marinade. Grill pork to 145 degrees (about 15-20 minutes). Bring marinade to a boil and reduce by half. Drizzle reduced marinade over pork.
