Ingredients
- 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
- 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Thyme (dried)
- 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Ken's Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

NOTE: Family doesn’t care for thyme…will substitute either basil, marjoram, oregano or savory.

Combine all ingredients and place into a bag. Marinate for 6 hours or overnight.

Remove pork and reserve marinade. Grill pork to 145 degrees (about 15-20 minutes). Bring marinade to a boil and reduce by half. Drizzle reduced marinade over pork.
