Cauliflower Delight

Healthy Alternative to Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 heads Fresh Cauliflower
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • Pepper, to your taste
  • 1/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1 tsp Butter

Directions

  1. Break cauliflower into fist-size pieces.

  2. Steam cauliflower for approx. 10 minutes.

  3. Once steamed, place half of the cauliflower into blender along with salt, pepper, butter, and milk.

  4. Blend on high speed until cauliflower has the texture of mashed potatoes but is not liquified. Add remainder of cauliflower and blend until desired texture is created.
