Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 can (13-15 oz) black beans, rinsed well
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

oven to 350.

Spray an 8 × 8″ brownie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Blend all ingredients (except nuts) in a blender or food processor until smooth. Transfer the batter into a mixing bowl and fold in nuts (if desired). Then pour batter into prepared brownie pan.

Bake ~30 mins until set in middle.
