Ingredients
- Chicken legs or pieces
- 1 bag of spinach
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
Directions

Boil chicken about 20 minutes

Wash and spin spinach leaves

Slice garlic and saute in olive oil until light brown

Add spinach and cover for 1 minute

Toss spinach and cover again for 1 minute

Line a baking pan with spinach

Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs and parmesan

Place chicken on top of spinach

Sprinkle with cheese mixture

Grill in oven to brown
