Ingredients
- Half a green cabbage, quartered or cut in 6 pieces (remove core)
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 carrots cut into 3 inch chunks
- 1 apple cut into 3 inch chunks
- 2 sausages, uncooked, cut
- 1/4 cup veggie stock
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- S&P
Directions

Preheat oven 325 F

In large ovenproof dish, place veggies and apple in even layer.

Place sausage on top.

Cover with stock and olive oil.

Sprinkle with S&P

Cover tightly with lid or foil

Bake for 1 hour and turn veggies over; add water if dry.

Cover and bake for 1 more hour.
