Ingredients
- 5 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 lb butter, cold
- 1 c sugar
- 16 oz sour cream
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Fruit filling
Directions

Thoroughly mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl

Cut in butter

In another bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, egg yolks and vanilla

Mix into flour mixture until thoroughly mixed

Refrigerate overnight

Roll cold dough about 1/4 in. thick (use plenty of flour on the rolling surface)

Cut into 2 in square and place 1/2 tsp filling in center of each

Fold two opposite corners to meet in the center over filling

Bake at 350 10-12 minutes or until golden brown

Dust with powdered sugar, if desired
