Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 3 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 c whipping cream or heavy cream
- 1/2 c dijon mustard
- cooked rice
Directions

Brown chicken – you may chose to cut chicken into chunks; set aside

In the same pan, cook and stir mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter still in the pan

Stir in cream and mustard

Simmer over medium heat until sauce thickens slightly, stirring constantly

Return chicken to pan, heat thoroughly

Serve over rice
