Apple Crumble

Ingredients
- 300g plain flour
- 225g brown sugar
- 200g butter
- 450g cooking apples
Directions

Preheat oven to 180C

Mix flour and sugar

Add butter a bit at a time and mix well with your fingers

Peel, core, and cut the apples into slices in a large pan with water, and add100g sugar

Boil apples until soft

Spoon apples into a greased overproof dish, and add crumble mix on top

Bake in over for 40-45 minutes or until apple is bubbling and crumble is brown
