Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c light corn syrup
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/3 c baking cocoa
- 1/3 c all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pie crust (9 in)
- whipped cream, optional
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the first eight ingredients until smooth

Stir in nuts; pour into pie shell

Cool completely

Garnish with whipped cream if desired
