Ingredients

• 1 c confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
• 3 Tbsp butter, softened
• 1 lb white confectionery coating (white chocolate melting wafers)

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter; mix well

2. Shape into in. balls and place on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet

3. Chill for 30 min. or until firm

4. Melt the white coating in a double boiler or microwave safe bowl

5. Dip balls and place on waxed paper to harden
