Swiss Chard, Kale or Beet Tops with Garlic and Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Swiss Chard or Kale
- 2-3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

Wash Swiss Chard, cut out coarse stems. Coarsely chop.

Saute garlic in oil until light brown. Add spinach and toss in oil.

Cover for 1 minute and cook.

Stir and recover and cook for 1 more minute.

Pour off liquid.

Sprinkle a little more olive oil. Add salt.
