Ingredients
- 2 c vanilla wafer crumbs
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 c sugar
- 4 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese softened
- 1 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c (8 oz) sour cream
- 10 squares (1 oz each) white baking chocolate, melted
- 1 c (8 oz) sour cream
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp orange extract
- 2 cans (11 oz each) mandarin oranges, well drained
Directions

Combine the first 3 ingredients; press onto the bottom and 1 1/2 in up the sides of a greased 10 in springform pan

Bake at 350 for 10 min; cool completely

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and sour cream just until well blended

Add chocolate

Pour into crust

Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until center is nearly set

Cool to room temperature, about 2 hrs

Combine sour cream, sugar and extract; spread over filling

Bake at 450 for 5-7 min or until set

Chill, uncovered 1 hr

Arrange oranges on cheesecake

Cover and chill at least 4 hr before serving
