Ingredients
- 2 c water
- 5 Tbsp brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
Directions

In a saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients; bring to a boil

Cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened; set aside

In a large bowl, combine the next 6 ingredients (eggs through pepper)

Add 2/3 c of the reserved sauce and mix well

Crumble beef and pork over mixture and mix well

Pat into two greased 8×4×2 loaf pans

Pour remaining sauce over loaves

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 50 min or until meat is no longer pink and thermometer reads 160-170

Let stand for 10 min before slicing
