Pumpkin Crunch Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 cup pecan pieces
  • 2 sticks chilled butter (or magarine)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix pumpkin with eggs in a large bowl, add sugar, spices and mix.

  3. Gradually mix in milk.
