White Chocolate Cream Cheese

Optional-add 1tsp almond extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg white candy melts candy
  • 2 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice

Directions

  1. Melt candy melts according to pkg instructions.

  2. Allow coating to cool slightly, stirring occasionally.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  4. Gradually beat the cooled coating in until blended and smooth.

  5. Beat in butter and lemon juice.
