White Chocolate Cream Cheese

Optional-add 1tsp almond extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Ingredients
- 1 pkg white candy melts candy
- 2 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
Directions

Melt candy melts according to pkg instructions.

Allow coating to cool slightly, stirring occasionally.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Gradually beat the cooled coating in until blended and smooth.

Beat in butter and lemon juice.
