Caramel Buttercream Icing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sold vegetable shortening
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups (1#) confectioner's sugar, sifted

Directions

  1. Cream shortening and butter with electric mixer.

  2. Add ice cream topping and vanilla.

  3. Gradually add sugar.

  4. Add milk until light and fluffy.
