Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 medium green pepper chunked
- 1 lg can pineapple chunks undrained
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 3 T. catsup
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1 t. ground ginger
Directions
- Cut chicken into 1/2 inch pieces. Brown in oil. Reduce heat to low, add onion and garlic. Mix liquid ingredients and add to chicken. Add remaining vegetables.
