Ingredients
- 11/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 oranges
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions

Coarsely chop 11/2 cup of the blueberries; add all of the blueberries to a medium bowl. Peel and section the oranges. Coarsely chop orange sections. Add chopped orange and any juice to the berries. Add red onion. Stir in balsamic vinegar, mint, and kosher salt. Serve with grilled or broiled fish or chicken, or toss with mixed baby greens for a salad.
