Salmon Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 package (250g) cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 213-g can salmon, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Directions

eheat oven to 350.

In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, eggs, lemon juice, salt and thyme until smooth.

In a separate bowl, flake salmon, mashing bones.

Stir cheese mixture into the salmon.

Stir in onion.

Spoon mixture into a greased 8-inch baking pan.

Bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean.

Allow to stand 5 minutes before cutting into bites.
