Sour Cream Donuts

These donuts are better after resting over night.

top with LC chocolate ganache (equal parts chocolate and heavy cream; sweeten with vanilla and liquid sweeteners)

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • extra cream

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together; in a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients and then mix into dry

  2. If the batter is dry, add a little more cream

  3. Grease donut pan; spread batter into pan and bake at 375 for 15-20 min until golden brown

  4. Dip in chocolate and allow to cool on a wire rack, makes about 8-10 donuts
