Sour Cream Donuts

These donuts are better after resting over night.
top with LC chocolate ganache (equal parts chocolate and heavy cream; sweeten with vanilla and liquid sweeteners)

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- extra cream
Directions

Mix dry ingredients together; in a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients and then mix into dry

If the batter is dry, add a little more cream

Grease donut pan; spread batter into pan and bake at 375 for 15-20 min until golden brown

Dip in chocolate and allow to cool on a wire rack, makes about 8-10 donuts
