Chinese Batter Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 Cups Self Rising Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups Water

Directions

  1. Combine wet ingredients.

  2. Combine dry ingredients.

  3. Mix together

  4. Gradually add water to make batter thicker.
