Safe Chocolate Cake

This is the chocolate cake I made while y’all were here for Spring Break.

Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup super strong coffee
- 1 cup cold water
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all dry ingredients together and then add liquid ingredients. You may need to add a little extra water.

Pour into a greased/sprayed 9×13 baking dish.

Bake for 18-25 minutes or until cooked through.
