Simple Can Chicken Taco Soup

This is that chicken taco soup that I had while y’all were here. The cream of chicken would need to come out of the recipe, but I think everything else would probably be fine. The only thing that I can think of that you might need to check would be the enchilada sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken, drained
- 1 can ranchstyle beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 jar chunky salsa
- 1 can mexicorn
- 1 can corn
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can red or green enchilada sauce
- 1-2 cans chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp guacamole
Directions

Put everything but the sour cream and guacamole in the pot, bring to a boil, and then simmer for 10-20 minutes.

Mix sour cream and guacamole together for a topping for the soup.

Serve with sour cream/guac mixture, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips.
