Fiesta Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 12-15 Mini Sweet Peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz cheddar, Monterrey jack or any other cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- Garlic powder
Directions

oven to 350.

Cut peppers in half.

Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, lime juice, cilantro together in a bowl.

Either pipe or spoon mixture into peppers, bake for 20 mins or until cheese is melted and peppers are soft.
