Ingredients
- 1/2-3/4 cup butter
- 8 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 pint milk
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- salt
- white pepper
- basil
- 4 (15 oz) cans diced tomates, blended
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2/3 -1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions

Melt butter in a large saucepan.

Add cream cheese, small pieces at a time, whisking until softened and melted in with butter.

Mix in heavy cream, milk, spices, tomatoes, and tomato sauce.

Bring to a low, gentle simmer and simmer for 15 minutes, whisking occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese until blended/melted in.
