Lamb Meatballs

Use instead of lamb/goat pieces in Lamb Curry recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 red onion, diced small
- 2 serrano peppers, diced small
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1/8 tsp clove, ground
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt, to taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl

Heat 3 Tbsp oil in large pan over medium heat. Add meatballs to pan and cook for 3 minutes, turn over and continue to cook.

If adding meatballs to curry sauce , do not cook through. Add meatballs to blended ingredients and allow to simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Alternate method of cooking: Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, until no longer pink.
