Green Masala for Lamb Curry

Can be used with lamb meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 serrano peppers, chopped
- 8 black peppercorns
- 5 garlic pods
- 1 cardamom pod
- 2 cloves
- 1" cinnamon stick
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 8 cilantro stalks
- 4 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 Tbsp peanuts (?) puricadle

Blend all masala ingredients raw. This is a thick masala

For lamb pieces: Fry lamb slightly, add masala and pressure cook or slow cook until meat is tender.

For lamb meatballs: Add half cooked balls to masala and cook slowly

Add lemon juice before removing from heat.
