Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup half-and-half, room temperature
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 16 ounces pasta
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- ground black pepper to taste
Directions

Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels.

In a bowl, beat together eggs and half-and-half, then stir in parmesan.

Cook pasta, drain and return to pan. Toss with butter, then add bacon and cheese mixture and toss gently until mixed.
