Spicy Grilled Pesto Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp pesto sauce
  • 1 large resealable food storage bag
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thawed

Directions

  1. Wash and de-stem parsley, and chop until finely minced for about 30 seconds in food processor.

  2. Combine the well chopped parsley with pepper, worcestershire sauce and pesto in bag, mix well

  3. Add thawed chicken and coat thoroughly, marinate chicken in bag for 15 to 30 minutes at room temperature or the fridge.

  4. Remove and grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature is 165
