Crock Pot Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 29 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 6 oz can tomato, paste
  • 1 12oz package of lasagna noodles
  • 12 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated permesan cheese
  • 16 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp of each organo, basil, rosemary and Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain and return to pan.

  2. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste and stir.

  3. In a large bowl, mix the cheeses and spices

  4. Spoon a layer of meat mixture in the bottom of the crock pot. Add a double layer of uncooked noodles (break to fit in crock pot) Top noodles with cheese mixture.

  5. Repeat

  6. Cover. Cook on low for 4 hours.
