Crock Pot Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 29 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 6 oz can tomato, paste
- 1 12oz package of lasagna noodles
- 12 oz Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated permesan cheese
- 16 oz shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp of each organo, basil, rosemary and Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain and return to pan.

Add tomato sauce and tomato paste and stir.

In a large bowl, mix the cheeses and spices

Spoon a layer of meat mixture in the bottom of the crock pot. Add a double layer of uncooked noodles (break to fit in crock pot) Top noodles with cheese mixture.

Repeat

Cover. Cook on low for 4 hours.
