Ingredients
- 1/2 lb peppers
- distilled white vinegar (enough to cover them)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- glass jar
Directions

After cutting the stems and tips off the peppers, add them to the glass jar. Bring the vinegar, salt and sugar to a boil. After letting it cool for a few minutes, pour it over the peppers in the jar. Close the jar tightly and let it sit for about two weeks. Does not need refrigerated
