Ingredients
- 1 T unsalted butter
- 1 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/3 c white wine
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
- 2 oz (1/2 c) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 T chopped parsley
- 1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions

Combine the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When butter is melted, add the garlic and cook, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the wine, salt and pepper flakes. Simmer the mixture until it is reduced by half, about 2 minutes

Add shrimp and cook until almost opaque, 2 minutes. Crumble in feta; add parsley and lemon juice. Simmer, stirring until the cheese melts and shrimp is cooked through, about 1 minute
