Salmon w/DijonSauce

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz salmon fillets
  • 1/3 c dijon mustard
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

  1. Season salmon w salt and pepper. Place into greased baking dish, skin side down

  2. Mix remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/3 c sauce. Spread remaining sauce over salmon

  3. Bake salmon at 400 for 10 to 15 min until salmon is cooked through. Serve w/the reserved mustard sauce
