Ingredients
- 12 ounces macaroni
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1-2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Cook macaroni in seasoned water until just al-dente.

Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate, tightly covered 1 to 24 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
