Ingredients
- 1 box, about 7 ounces, vanilla wafers
- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- juice of 2 medium lemons
- 4 tablespoons raspberry jam
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions

Roll the vanilla wafers to make crumbs.

Spread half of crumbs on bottome of 11×7×2 inch pan.

Combine sweetened condenser milk and lemon juice. Let stand until thickened.

Add raspberry jam and nuts mixing well

Fold in the whipped cream.

Pour over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs.

Chill.
