Ingredients
- 1 12 or 14-inch pizza base
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced deli ham
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grated cheddar
Directions
-
eheat oven to 350.
-
Line a pizza pan with foil, generously overlapping the sides; coat with cooking spray.
-
Pinch the edges of the pizza base to make a lip.
-
Beat the eggs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until blended.
-
Brush a little of the egg mixture around the edge of the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
-
Transfer the crust to the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, add the milk, ham and green onions to the remaining egg mixture and mix well.
-
Remove the crust fro the oven. With the overlapping foil, make a collar 1 inch higher than the edge of the crust by gently folding and rolling foil around the pizza’s edge to keep the egg mixture from escaping.
-
Pour the egg mixture into the crust and return it to the oven immediately. Bake for 20 minutes longer or until the egg is set.
-
Remove the pizza from the oven and top with cheese; allow to stand for two minutes until cheese is melted.
