Salsa Turkey Meatballs

Prepare then freeze up to two months; if cooking from frozen, increase baking time by 5-8 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup spicy salsa
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1-2 tsp chopped garlic

Directions

  1. eheat the oven to 400.

  2. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  4. Roll mixture into 24 meatballs, each about the size of a Ping-Pong ball, and place on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
