Salsa Turkey Meatballs

Prepare then freeze up to two months; if cooking from frozen, increase baking time by 5-8 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup spicy salsa
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1-2 tsp chopped garlic

eheat the oven to 400.

Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Roll mixture into 24 meatballs, each about the size of a Ping-Pong ball, and place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
