Cinnamon Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 - 1.5 lbs)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp gound cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp raisins
Directions

Combine the cinnamon, cloves, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Season the chicken on both sides with the spice mixture.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on one side, about 6 minutes.

Turn the chicken and add the onion and garlic.

Brown the second side of the chicken while stirring the onion and garlic, about 8 minutes.

Add the orange juice and raisins; reduce heat to low.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced with a knife.
