Anu’s Chole for Breadchole

  1. Grind onion(1 big), 3/4 bulp garlic, ginger, pepper(1 tsp), jeera (1 tsp),cloves(3), elaichi (5), saunf (little), green chilles (3). grind 4 roma tomatoes separately.

  2. Saute the grounded onion mixture in oil for 15min then add the tomato puree to the mixture and saute for another 15min.

  3. To this add chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder.

  4. To this add cooked chunna, water and cook in small for an hour.
