Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups oats
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/8 cup brewer's yeast
- 1/8 cup flaxseed meal
Directions

Melt the stick of butter in a saucepan, add sugar, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil and boil for EXACTLY 60 seconds. Off the heat, add the vanilla.

Pour chocolate mixture over peanut butter, oats, brewer’s yeast and flaxseed meal. Stir well, then drop onto parchment paper.

Work quickly. Cookies will set as quickly as they cool.
