Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 12-16 oz salsa
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 8 oz sour cream
- shredded cheese
Directions

Add chicken, salsa, beans, and corn to crockpot. Cook all day. Add sour cream 30 min before serving. Top with shredded cheese. Serve in a tortilla, over rice, or in a bowl.
