Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 squares or 1 1/2 cup butter
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- Chopped almonds
Directions

Combine ingredients and cook to hard ball stage in sturdy pan. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet. When cooler, sprinkle chips on the top and spread. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cool. Break into bite sized pieces.
