Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower
- 3 -4 Tbsp Canola Oil
- - 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp. Tumeric
- 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper/Red Chili Powder (optional)
- 2-3 tsp. Garam Masala
- Salt, to Taste
- 1 c. Green Peas (frozen or fresh), optional
- 1 inch length piece of ginger, cleaned
- Fresh Cilantro.Coriander for garnishing
Directions

Soak the cauliflower florets in water (to remove dirt or worms)

In a deep saute pan, heat oil over medium heat and add in the cumin seeds along with the tumeric.

When the oil foams up and the seeds splutter, add the cauliflower florets and stir in the peas, if using Season with cayenne pepper, garam masala, and salt.

Mix well and continue frying on medium-high for 0-15 minutes stirring occasionally. The cauliflower should eb al dente, cooked but it it should still have a crunch to it.

TUrn the heat off and grate the ginger over the cauliflower. Combine well.

Garnish with cilantro and serve warm on the side of rice or naan.
