Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. plain flour
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Place drained pineapple in a 9×3 casserole.

  3. In a medium mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, and shredded cheese.

  4. Sprinkle over the pineapple, covering it completely.

  5. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over the top.

  6. Pour melted margarine over the Ritz crackers.

  7. Cook at 350 F. for 25 minutes.

  8. (Recipe can be cut in half).
