Cement Icing, aka, Royal Icing

Ingredients
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Teaspoon Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
Directions

With an electric mixer, beat together until foamy 2 egg whites. 2 tsp of water, and 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar.

Once foamy, gradually add in 3 cups of sifted powdered, beating constantly until stiff.

This dries quickly so you must keep covered while working with. You can stir in any color you like.

Makes 1 1/2 cup.
