Smoked salmon on brown soda bread

- 4 slices Irish brown soda bread
- 125g good-quality smoked salmon
- crème fraîche, to serve
Directions

Cut each slice of bread in half, and top each slice with a fold of salmon. Season with a little freshly ground black pepper, then top with a little crème fraîche to serve.
