Whipped Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker pie crusts, regular size (not large)
  • 1 8-oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 8-oz sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 8-oz cool whip frozen topping, thawed
  • 1 15-oz pineapple and/or mandarin and/or peaches and/or kiwi and/or red cherries

Directions

  1. Brush bottom of pie crusts with egg whites.

  2. Bake crust at 375 F for 5 min.

  3. Cool before filling.

  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  5. Gradually beat in sugar.

  6. Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract.

  7. Fold in cool whip topping, blending well.

  8. Spoon in both crusts.

  9. Chill until set, at least 4 hours.

  10. Decorate with fruit.
